Stillrock Capital
Real estate property equity
In terms of capital provision and indirect property investment, our real estate private equity division has a strong track record. Unlike other firms, our private equity division is fully integrated within Stillrock, giving us direct access to a wealth of resources and experience. The company focuses on four primary investing strategies:
Individual assets and portfolios can be invested in through joint ventures, partnerships, funds, corporate structures, or other vehicles.
Senior debt, mezzanine/subordinated debt, equity, joint-venture arrangements, and other financial instruments are used to structure and participate in both Stillrock and third-party real estate deals.
Real estate running enterprises get venture financing, expansion investment, acquisition, and development.
Debt, stocks, and derivatives, as well as privatizations and initial public offerings (IPOs), are all examples of real estate capital markets investments.
We’ve been successful in delivering entrepreneurial development strategies across all real estate use classes and at every step of the development cycle since our beginning. Our seasoned, entrepreneurial, and integrated company structure enables us to spot value-added possibilities that others have passed on and respond with dynamic execution skills.
The following are some of the issues and initiatives in which we are interested in investing:
Commercial assets are managed by our experienced team of specialists for both Stillrock and institutional clients. By taking a hands-on approach, we can maximize profits through value engineering, successful lease negotiations, refurbishment/expansion, and efficient cash flow management, thanks to our integrated corporate structure and deep grasp of real estate fundamentals.
We concentrate on asset management and repositioning possibilities in particular.
